Mouth-watering moist organic BEEF TALLOW COOKIES recipe the kids did this evening, they are delicious...
Seed oil-free, gluten-free and dairy-free cookies that taste good!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup tallow
2 large eggs
3 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Steps:
Melt tallow then stir in sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, stir to combine.
Add flour, baking soda and salt then gently mix until a dough forms.
Then fold in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Bake at 176° for 13 minutes.
We don't normally use coconut sugar, but these were soooo good, we will try date paste next time see how we go...
