Service Description
This half hour session is designed for individuals and families who need continued guidance and support on their GAPS™ and holistic wellness journey. Whether you have questions about dietary adjustments, symptom management, meal planning, or lifestyle changes, this consultation provides a space to gain clarity and refine your approach. Upon booking, you’ll complete a short form outlining the key areas you’d like to focus on during the session. Your privacy is always respected, and you have full control over the information you choose to share. This session is an opportunity to receive personalized support, address any challenges, and ensure you’re progressing with confidence on your wellness path. Consultation Duration & Fees: Allocated Consultation Time: 30mins + (Report writing by Julie - 1 hour) Total hours: 30mins Consultation Fee: $90 NZD (charged in advance at booking). Cancellation Policy Applies. Additional Fees: Additional Clients: If the consultation is for more than one person (e.g., a child or family member), an additional $75 per person will apply. Extended Time: If the consultation exceeds 30mins, clients will be asked if they would like to extend the consultation, extra time will be charged in 15-minute increments at $45, billed to the client’s credit card at the end of the appointment upon the approval of extended time agreed by the client. All appointment times are booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment with Nourished with Love, you agree to the following terms: Appointments are scheduled in advance, and payment is required upon booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid additional charges, please refer to the following cancellation policies: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 10 days of the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies. The rescheduled appointment must occur within three months from the original booking date. Failure to show up for an appointment: If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full consultation fee. Waitlist Policy: In the event that an appointment slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our Waitlist: If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone. Waitlist appointments will be confirmed based on availability, and you must accept the appointment within 24 hours to secure it. If a waitlisted appointment is not available, you will be offered the next available slot. Additional Fees: Extended Time: If your consultation exceeds the scheduled time, you will be asked if you would like to extend the consultation and additional charges will apply. Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a set rate and charged to your credit card with your approval of extended time. Additional Clients: If more than one person (e.g., a child or family member) is attending the consultation, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply. Acknowledgement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. You agree to these policies and understand the associated fees.
