Service Description
This three-part package offers expert guidance and personalised support to help you and your family successfully implement the GAPS™ protocol. Whether you’re beginning your journey or seeking ongoing assistance, you’ll gain the knowledge, resources, and confidence to make lasting changes. 1️⃣ Initial GAPS™ Consultation – 1.5 Hours Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation to assess your health history, symptoms, and individual needs for the GAPS™ diet. Includes: Review of your wellness questionnaire and health background Introduction to the three pillars of GAPS™: Diet, Supplementation, and Detoxification Practical guidance on sourcing quality foods and meal preparation Personalised home planning tasks to ensure a smooth transition GAPS™ resource folder with essential materials Nutrition Analysis (completed by Julie) tailored to your needs 2️⃣ Implementation & Guidance Consultation – 1 Hour Held two weeks after your initial consultation, this session ensures you’re ready to start and feel confident. Includes: Review of progress and addressing any challenges Adjustments to food choices, meal plans, or supplements as needed Symptom management strategies and tracking improvements Support to help you feel comfortable moving forward 3️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 1 Hour This session focuses on reviewing your progress, answering questions, and preparing you for the next stages of the GAPS™ journey. Includes: Assessment of your current stage and readiness to progress Q&A to fine-tune your approach Additional resources for long-term success and sustainability Next-step planning tailored to your progress Consultation Package – Duration & Fees Total Package Time: 6.5 hours (including report writing and pre-assessment) Package Fee: $600 AUD (prepaid at booking) Additional Information: Extra Clients: $75 per additional person (e.g., child or family member) Extended Time: $45 per 15-minute increment (with your approval) Cancellation Policy Applies. All appointments are booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment with Nourished with Love, you agree to the following terms: Appointments are scheduled in advance, and payment is required upon booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid additional charges, please refer to the following cancellation policies: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 10 days of the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies. The rescheduled appointment must occur within three months from the original booking date. Failure to show up for an appointment: If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full consultation fee. Waitlist Policy: In the event that an appointment slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our Waitlist: If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone. Waitlist appointments will be confirmed based on availability, and you must accept the appointment within 24 hours to secure it. If a waitlisted appointment is not available, you will be offered the next available slot. Additional Fees: Extended Time: If your consultation exceeds the scheduled time, you will be asked if you would like to extend the consultation and additional charges will apply. Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a set rate and charged to your credit card with your approval of extended time. Additional Clients: If more than one person (e.g., a child or family member) is attending the consultation, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply. Acknowledgement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. You agree to these policies and understand the associated fees.
