Service Description
This three-part package offers expert guidance and step-by-step support to successfully implement the GAPS™ protocol. Whether you're starting your journey or need ongoing assistance, you'll have the knowledge and resources to make lasting changes for you or your family. 1️⃣ Initial GAPS™ Consultation – 1.5 Hours Your journey begins with a detailed consultation to assess your health history, symptoms, and individual needs for the GAPS™ diet. This includes: A thorough review of your health background & wellness questionnaire Introduction to the GAPS™ three-part protocol (Diet, Supplementation, Detox) Practical guidance on sourcing quality foods and meal prep Personalized home planning tasks for a smooth transition A GAPS™ resource folder with essential materials A Nutrition Analysis (completed by Julie) to tailor the plan to your needs 2️⃣ Implementation & Guidance Consultation – 1 Hour Held two weeks after your initial consultation, this session focuses on refining your approach, addressing challenges, and ensuring progress. It includes: Reviewing your progress and addressing any concerns or difficulties Adjustments to meal plans, food choices, and supplementation as needed Strategies for symptom management and tracking improvements Ongoing support to build confidence in the process 3️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 1 Hour As you settle into the GAPS™ lifestyle, this final session ensures you're progressing effectively and feeling empowered to continue. Assessing your current stage and readiness to move forward Address any lingering questions or areas that need fine-tuning Provide additional resources for long-term success and sustainability Outline the next steps based on your progress and individual goals This package offers personalized, step-by-step support for individuals and families, including beginners, to successfully implement the GAPS™ protocol. Each consultation is tailored to your needs for a smooth transition. Consultation Package – Duration & Fees Total Package Time: 6.5 hours Initial Consultation: 1.5 hours (includes 1-hour pre-assessment) Implementation Consultation: 1 hour + (Inc 1-hour report writing) Follow-Up Consultation: 1 hour +(Inc 1-hour report writing) Package Fee: $ 550 NZD (prepaid at booking) Additional Fees: Extra Clients: $75 per additional person Extended Time: $45 per 15-minute increment Cancellation Policy Applies. All appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment with Nourished with Love, you agree to the following terms: Appointments are scheduled in advance, and payment is required upon booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid additional charges, please refer to the following cancellation policies: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 10 days of the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies. The rescheduled appointment must occur within three months from the original booking date. Failure to show up for an appointment: If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full consultation fee. Waitlist Policy: In the event that an appointment slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our Waitlist: If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone. Waitlist appointments will be confirmed based on availability, and you must accept the appointment within 24 hours to secure it. If a waitlisted appointment is not available, you will be offered the next available slot. Additional Fees: Extended Time: If your consultation exceeds the scheduled time, you will be asked if you would like to extend the consultation and additional charges will apply. Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a set rate and charged to your credit card with your approval of extended time. Additional Clients: If more than one person (e.g., a child or family member) is attending the consultation, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply. Acknowledgement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. You agree to these policies and understand the associated fees.
